Hidden Pearl Farm is a thirty acre equestrian facility located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, specializing in showing, training, and sales. Our breeding program aims to produce jumpers for the upper level of the sport. Boarding and lessons are also included in the services we offer, with an emphasis on unsurpassed care for each horse and the employment of thorough breaking, training and riding methods to bring about competitive success.
At Hidden Pearl Farm each horse has a tailored training and nutrition program in a safe, happy environment in which to thrive.We have talented young prospects as well as 'made' campaigners available to be viewed both at home or at shows on the 'A' circuit. Our sales program takes advantage of our many contacts in Europe, allowing us to import the kind of youngsters Europeans would rather keep over there! If a specific need is to be met we are able to help search for a perfect equine partner on your behalf.
Hidden Pearl Farm is owned and run by Nick Edmunds. Nick has been riding for over 25 years, enjoying many disciplines from Pony Club gymkhana games in the UK, to two-day eventing, polo, foxhunting, dressage and show jumping. Highlights of his riding career include:
- Showing on the 'A' Circuit on the East Coast
- Currently training with Anne Kursinski and bringing his own young horses and student riders up to and through competitive ranks
- Trained in Germany at Dressage for two years, schooling up to Prix St. Georges
- Worked and rode for two British Olympic Eventing medalists and a British Nations Cup rider
- Stables Officer of British Cavalry regiment; showjumped for the British Army
- Whipped in for two UK hunts
